of the art baseball facility has been open since June 2006 and features 6 youth fields, 3 regulation fields and a training island
custom designed by Cal & Bill Ripken. All fields are designed
symmetrically after legendary ballparks and will feature
replicated grass surfaces to ensure the highest level of play and

Cal, Jr. and Bill Ripken personally designed this
state-of-the-art training island to provide a first-class
practice venue for camps, clinics, and pre-game activities. With
structures to help facilitate learning and practicing all facets
of the game, the training island is a perfect compliment to the
quality fields at The Ripken Experience - Myrtle Beach.
